Delivery & Returns
We will try to ensure that all descriptions and prices listed on the website are accurate, however errors may occur and we do not provide a warranty for the correctness of the information shown. If an error is discovered before dispatch of goods we will contact you as soon as possible by email to inform you of the error, and ask if you wish to continue with the order under the amended details or to cancel the order. If you decide to cancel the order we will refund any monies paid. No goods will be dispatched until paid for in full.
‘In Stock items’ applies to stock that we usually hold in our physical bookshop – we aim to complete all online orders within 7 days of ordering and we will notify you of an expected delivery date if an item is not currently in stock. If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, we will contact you as soon as possible by email, and offer you the option of cancelling or amending your order with a pro-rata refund of any monies already paid.
Delivery Policy
We aim to supply all orders within the time frames outlined. If for some reason we cannot do so, we will contact you as soon as possible by email and ask if you wish to continue with the order under the amended conditions, or to cancel the order.
Returns
If you find the books you have bought are unsuitable for your purposes, we will offer a refund of the purchase price provided that they are returned to us in perfect condition within 14 days of delivery. Under these conditions, we will refund the purchase price of the item(s) but not any costs for postage and packing . This does not affect your statutory rights.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with the products or services you have received from us, please email us at info@roeriverbooks.ie with full details of your complaint. If you are dissatisfied with our response, you have the right to submit your complaint to an online dispute resolution process operated by the European Commission.
Limitations
The website contains material which is owned or licensed to us, including the descriptions and graphics pertaining to an item. Reproduction of any material on the website is prohibited.
The website must not be used for any purpose other than searching for a book or placing an order with us. Unauthorised use of the website may give rise to a claim for damages.
